1. Standard Semester Fees

2. Scholarship Payment Rules

    • Tuition and Registration fees are fully waived for scholarship recipients.
    • Scholarship students pay only applicable Other Charges (library, IT, lab, or miscellaneous).
    • Late payment of Other Charges may result in a hold on registration, exams, or transcripts.
    • Scholarships are awarded based on merit, need, or special university programs.

3. Payment Guidelines

    1. Payment Deadline:
      1. All fees must be cleared before the start of each semester.
      2. Semester payment schedules are announced by the Finance Office.
    2. Accepted Payment Methods:
      1. Bank transfer
      2. Mobile money payment
      3. In-person payment at the university cashier
    3. Non-Refundable Fees:
      1. Registration fee is non-refundable.
      2. Tuition and other charges are refundable only under documented withdrawal policies. 
        • 5% of outstanding fees per month after the semester start date.
